Bongay Kitchen is a family-owned business built on 28 years of Haitian culinary tradition, family, and community.

Our story began with our mom, who was one of the first to bring authentic Haitian food to Toronto through her own restaurant nearly three decades ago. What started as a passion for sharing the flavors of Haiti quickly became a beloved part of the community. Today, many of the same customers who supported her from the beginning are still coming back to enjoy her cooking—and sharing that love of Haitian food with the next generation.

Bongay Kitchen carries that legacy forward. Every dish is inspired by the flavors, recipes, and traditions that have been passed down through our family. Our goal is to serve food that tastes like home while introducing more people to the richness of Haitian cuisine.
